Pour soutenir les mamans dans la region La Cote, le Moms-in-Vaud Social Network (www.moms-in-vaud.com) organise deux sessions d'introduction a L'HypnoNaissance (un en anglais, un en francais) le matin du mardi, 7 juin 2011.
Comme approche, "L’HypnoNaissance vous enseigne comment accoucher dans un etat de relaxation profonde. Vous êtes consciente des contractions de votre corps, mais vous pouvez déterminer l’étendue et la puissance de ces contractions. La naissance se passe dans une atmosphère de calme et de relaxation, sans peur tension qui sont les causes de la douleur."
Si vous souhaitez en savoir plus sur l'HypnoNaissanceⓇ et s'il pourrait être bon pour vous, venez participer à une seance d'introduction à l'HypnoNaissance Ⓡ qui aura lieu le 7 Juin 2011. Praticien Sylviane Marendaz va faire un voyage spécial au Vaud de son domicile a Fribourg pour discuter l'HypnoNaissanceⓇ avec vous et d'autres familles.
Les séances auront lieu de 09h45-10h45 et 11h00-12h00, le matin du 7 Juin 2011. Un R.S.V.P. est obligatoire.

To support English and French-speaking mothers-to-be in the La Côte area, the Moms-in-Vaud Social Network is organizing two Introduction to HypnoBirthing sessions (one in English, one in French) on the morning of Tuesday, 7 June 2011 in Nyon.
A technique that “teaches [mothers] how to experience birth in a deep state of relaxation”, HypnoBirthingⓇ allows the mother “to participate fully in harmony with [her] body and determine to which extent [she] feels the surges (contractions). In this state [her] body’s natural anasthesia (endorphins) replace the stress hormones that create pain. This allows [the mother] to give birth simply, naturally and comfortably as Nature intended”.
If you’d like to learn more about HypnoBirthingⓇ and why it might be right for you, come participate in an “Introduction to HypnoBirthingⓇ” session on 7 June 2011. Practitioner Sylviane Marendaz will make a special trip out to Vaud from Fribourg to discuss HypnoBirthingⓇ with you and other families.
Sessions will run from 9:45-10:45 and 11:00-12:00 on the morning of 7 June 2011. R.S.V.P.s are mandatory.
