Weight loss - in english ?

Hello,

I am looking for a Weight loss class thats run in English. I had my 2nd baby 3 months ago & really need to lose this extra weight before going back to work in March.
I previously joined the local Weight Watchers class because I speak good french so I thought I would be fine however I stopped going after a few classes because I felt I was missing out on the group discussion after the weigh-in and thats the support I need in a class like this...especially at 25chfs a class, its a lot to pay if you're not getting the most from it.

So, can anyone help? i live in Lausanne but would be happy to drive somewhere.
